No what i meant was ive been traing for the past 5years.by on and off i meant i went 4-5times a week for 3years.yhen due to work and other commitments didnt train much for a year yhen hav been training 4-5times a week again for the past year.im a lean build but struggle to gain weight and keep it on.i usually get up to around 14 and a half stone or just over but then seem to lose it and go back down to 14 or just under
