Excessive Sweating

I am not on anything but protein and plasma jet. I have never sweat so much, at work sometimes i get my shirt wet from top to bottom at the gym not as much but more then in the past. Any ideas appreciated.

I sweat my ass off at the gym, thats pretty much why i go

Some people sweat more than others. Hormonal changes or diet can cause someone to sweat more or less suddenly.

i sweat alot too, i sweat more then the fat guys in my mma class.

I know some crazy hot fitness model chicks who sweat like fat slobs. Its all individual. You can get botox injections to limit the sweating, but I say just embrace it.

Its part of the game. What I do is I lift my arm and bring my bicep up to my nose to get the sweat off my eyebrows and face. I find it distracting if its dripping off my nose during a lift.

Unless your working in excessive heat you should probably being raising the bar a little at the gym. Are you fat? Unconditioned?
