is testicular atrophy a definite?

im ten weeks into my test and vac cycle and my balls have slightlllllly shrunk at most.

Side effects vary for each user. Some get them bad, others nothing at all. Even of you get a little ball shrink, it'll reverse itself once you cycle off.

And not getting any side effects isn't tell-tale way to know if you used bunk or not. If you did everything correctly and didn;t gain much, that is a better indicator.
