i never really let people take pictures of me when i was that heavy cuz i was so embarrassed of my weight. which came from being sedentary for 5 months cuz of ACL replacement partial MCL tear and some meniscus removal.
as for my diet i basically went with a pre-contest type diet of very low carbs and tons of chicken and tuna. i would of course only be able to stand it for so long and have a couple of carb loading days to get some good recovery. but lots of cardio as well of course, 20 -30min first thing in the morning and then after lifting
