    Beginner Cylce ?'s

    I had a question on what cycle I should go for. I’m 6,2 about 195 and want to pack on about 10 to 15 pounds of lean muscle and maybe cut a little fat while not looking bloated. Before you say anything I have been eating very well/resting/working hard for a long time(I’m 22) and have seen very little to no gains in the last couple of years so I do feel a cycle would be in my best interest. Some guys I work out w have been doing cycles for years and have offered me some advice on what I should take. I am a little skeptical about how much they say they know. They suggested equipoise alone bc of the lean muscle, low side effects and ability to keep gains which perfectly fit what I want but from what I have been reading this would be stupid w/o using some sort of test. Any suggestions for a cycle (preferably a simple one)? As you can tell I’m pretty ignorant about all of this. I want something that is going to put on muscle that looks real and stays with me long after the cycle is over as I do not plan on doing this many times. I don’t want a lot of water weight and want to keep my gains w/o really nasty side effects (these are my biggest priorities, not huge gains) and these guys are always crucifying test on that argument.     Your natural potential cannot be 195lbs at 6'2. So it has to be either diet/rest/or training. What are your daily macros? How much sleep and recovery time are you putting in? What's your training split look like?

    Post your current diet in teh diet section along with your goals, and I guarantee the sr. folks can improve it. List your current stats, and all macros as well as the times of day for each meal. Also when you work out.
