I am a 37 year old male and take whey protein daily as well as a eating pretty healthy. I am looking to start my first cycle and have been doing much research but there seems just to be so many differant things out there. I am curently having a problem breaking the 175 barrier and seem to stuck and not really going anywhere on my gains. I have considered a m1t cycle but dont really like some of the feedback on it. I am only wanting to gain another 10-15 pounds of muscle. I don't want anything too strong but I do want results. As a first timer ANy feedback would be helpful. What would be a good start for me?
