DC follows a similar protocol for legs. I have been doing it for some time and can say with all honesty that it has been the best leg routine i have ever followed.

i dont know if you guys have ever heard of the hungarian oak leg blast but its probably worse than 20 reps because it is an 8 week program and by week 8 you are supposed to be squatting for 8 minutes straight
