im new, im 29 i used to be a 3 sport athlete. im trying to get into the shape i used to be in at 17 when i had 9% bodyfat now at 29 im at 21% sad i know. i used to have a cycle set for me buy a friend but we lost contact over time now im not sure what to do because it was always laid out for me. so i guess i need some advise i like my size at 240 and 5'6 just want to lose the fat and keep the muscle but who doesn't thanx for the help
