    Help. EMERGENCY with sponsor.

    Hello. I need some help with the board sponsor, discountsupplements. I post this because if I am not mistaken, the owner of the business either frequents here or owns this board?

    Anyways, I was checking out with my debit card. When I entered my address it came back as declined for the wrong address. The site obviously said my order was incomplete since my address was declined so I kept trying to get my card approved by changing the zip code and address abbreviations.

    After trying EVERY possible combination for an address that I could think of and getting declined for EVERY single attempt, I gave up. I then checked my bank account and EVERY one of these supposed declined orders had actually gone through.

    Of course I made a ticket with them, but the last ticket I made took them 3 days to get back with me. I don't have three days to wait for a mistake to be fixed that was not my fault.

    Can anyone help?

    If you used a debit card everytime you try it will show. Did they actually post to your account or are they pending? I've had plenty of things show up duplicate. Then when it actually post 1 fails off.

    Go to your bank w/ your statement printed off... or call them on the phone. and explain that you didn't make the same order multiple times..

    It's too bad you didn't use your credit card. This could have discontinued in a snap. There might be some issues since this is more of a "direct deposit" situation. Rather then the banks money, and they would do anything for their money, lol

    Maybe discount sups will just refund you the money..

    This may not be a big help but while you are waiting on an answer, call your bank and suspend payment.

    Well it is just pending now. But I know how quick discountsupplements ships out and I don't want to wake up tomorrow morning with dozens of protein powder jars on my porch and hundreds of dollars out of my bank account (hard copy).

    That's the thing. Called the bank and they can't do anything until the payments are hard-posted. Like I said, by then discountsups would have shipped it out already.

    Hopefully you are right and it does drop off..

    Yes. Very quickly. I was actually kind of surprised. Most sup sites don't seem to care that much, lol.
