    Tweaking Diet to Accommodate Cardio

I just started doing cardio recently. I have never done it because I hate it and because it makes me loose muscle.

    My routine before was
    7am Rise
    7:30 Oatmeal Eggwhites Banana Milk
    8:30 Lift
    9:30 Whey Dextrose
    11:00 Grilled Chicken White Bread

Now that I am trying to get leaner I have been doing this

    Is this correct
    7am Rise
    7:45 Cardio
    8:30 Oatmeal Milk Eggwhites Banana
    Lift
    9:30 Whey Dextrose
    11am Grilled Chicken Yams

What I have been doing is getting up and making the First Meal in a blender and bringing it to the gym in a refrigerator. After my cardio ends I drink and eat it on the floor as I am stretching. Then I lift for 1 hour. My lifting also has been changed. I strictly only do super-setting and taking little to no rest. Most comes between changing exercises.

    Chest Abs
    Back Traps
    Legs Calves
    Biceps Triceps Abs
    Shoulders Abs

I still think I could lean out a bit more. I think when I add the masterone next week I will lean out more. I never did 3 compounds and I never did tren so I am easing each one into the cycle. I was a bit nervous and I was coming off a winter where I caused tennis elbow and golfers elbow. I have been nursing that and lifting light. Until today and I feel some pain again.

Anyway is my eating routine correct.

Since you're doing cardio on an empty stomach now, I would not suggest eating carbs so soon after. Protein is fine, a small amount of fat is ok too, but i'd wait at least an hour or two before getting carbs in.

    What about muscle

Won't I starting eating into muscle tissue. After the 45 minutes of cardio won't all glycogen stores be used up and then muscle tissue will be used to feed the body.
One guy in the gym drinks a sugar drink that is for replacing glycogen stores after cardio. He is very ripped and very hard looking.

What method is correct? I want to be leaner sacrificing as little as possible muscle.

As long as you get a pro/fat meal in, you won't lose muscle. I'm sure that guy in your gym has different goals. Having fully depleted glycogen equals fat loss and not necessarily LBM loss as long as you get in your protein and energy (fat as GB's suggesting).
That said, you can still lean out with a pro/carb or pro/carb/fat meal post cardio just fine; it's simply not the optimal situation for fat loss.

Agreed. On top of that, it's very unlikely that your glycogen stores will be depleted anyway - 45 mins of cardio isn't enough to do that IMO.
