im about to start my first cycle soon and
just want some comments about the whole cycle from my gear to eating.
Ill be bulking and im trying to gain about 15 to 20lbs.
QV deca. 300mg EW (1 to 12)
QV test E. 400mg EW (1 to 12)
TT stanol V. 50mg ED (10 to 14)
liquidex .25mg ED (1 to 16)
post cycle clomid ED (start wk 14)
300mg day 1
100mg days 2 to 11
50mg 12 to 21
and i have a shit load of nolvadex on hand
DIET

45%protien(400g)
40%carb(350g)
15%fat (60g)
ill drink about 1 to 1.5 gal of water a day.
and ill try to get at least 8 hours of sleep per day
WHAT KIND OF CARBS ARE THE BEST FOR
BULKING STARCHY OR FIBROUS CARBS or does it matter?
AND AFTER MY CYCLE IS COMPLETE, DO I JUST
DROP MY CALORIES EVERY WEEK/DAY UNTIL IM
WHERE I NEED TO BE AT to maintain weight?
