    Dorian yates after 3 years of training!!

    Don't know if this has been posted before but I stumbled on a video of King Dorian winning his first National show after 3 years of training.

    He was 24 years old here (1986).

    He was big but not massive yet, but his awesome dryness and conditioning is apparent - definitely a genetic thing.


    And here he is in 1988 after 2 years of hard training, King D has put on some serious size - he wins overall and gets a pro card

    Then 4 years after getting his pro card, Dorian wins the 1992 Mr. Olympia - amazing!

    I love GSP - i think he's one of the most well rounded MMA fighters at the moment.

    Super nice guy and really humble too, a great ambassador for the sport.

    yeah i saw dorian video of him workouts blood and guts the thing is crazy the guy and his training partners are machines really shows how hard u gotta work to be the best

    i was going to say the same thing. the '90s was the golden age for this sport, i dont care what anyone else has to say. the guys that competed then were the best you will ever see, no distended guts, no synthol monsters, none of that sh1t; perfect physiques

    Dorian is a legend. No questions.

    When I was a teenager, he was the Mr. O, he was the reason I wanted to start lifting weights. A beautiful physique and a class act.

    Never seen a back so perfect as the back of Dorian Yates.

    (Even won the comps with that tattoo and the judges hate tattoo's)
