    BF % estimate please

Lost 30 pounds in the last few months and I'm just trying to get an idea of where I'm at. Tried body fat calipers but they put me at 21% then 15% less than a week later so I gave up on them.

    6'1
    215 pounds

all pics taken "cold" pre workout.

If you got a 6% difference from the calipers in one week that is because of "operator error" not from the method itself. Agree with Brice, 20-22%, you have quite a bit of fat and not much underlying muscle which isnt going to help your ratio. A few years of proper diet, hard training and cardio can make for a very nice transformation.

In pictures 2 and 4 you are obviously sucking in your gut. Why even ask if you're gonna suck it in?
