Thread: I need some help from somebody with experience

    my most recent typical meal plan (following it for 5 months, it alternates every 3 days)

    morning - 4 boiled eggs, cereal, milk, 3 sausages, a protein shake (40% protein)

    10 am - another protein shake, peanuts, glass of milk

    lunch - boiled pasta, steak, corn, milk

    3 pm - tuna sandwich

    supper - baked potatoes (about 2), 1/4 chicken (all white meat)

    late(before bed) - protein shake, nuts, lota water





    pre workout i usually carb load with creatine, post work out i include glutamine arginine and 100% whey

    ok, i guess i will wait a while and do research but i am a bit impatient a year seems to be too long, i'll be back in 2 months or so

    A year is not long if you are not physically ready and why say you will be back in 2 months? Why not stay here and continue to learn? I have been here for several years now and dont plan on leaving just because Im not currently doing a cycle.

    Stop thinking about only the short term gains but more about long term goals. If I looked at only the changes I mad in the last 2 or 3 moths I would constantly be disappointed but when I look back at 1, 2, 3 years ago Im VERY happy with my progress.

    I like a quote someone said a while back and it has stuck with me. This is not a sprint, it is a marathon.
