my most recent typical meal plan (following it for 5 months, it alternates every 3 days)
morning - 4 boiled eggs, cereal, milk, 3 sausages, a protein shake (40% protein)
10 am - another protein shake, peanuts, glass of milk
lunch - boiled pasta, steak, corn, milk
3 pm - tuna sandwich
supper - baked potatoes (about 2), 1/4 chicken (all white meat)
late(before bed) - protein shake, nuts, lota water
pre workout i usually carb load with creatine, post work out i include glutamine arginine and 100% whey
