I have to go to gym twice todaygot chiro appt and I went to gym in the morning did chest and shoulders and I think I am going to do an hour cardio....or back dont know we will see.
By all means cal dont get the wrong impression, when i get a slut im happy to pound away until shes had enough...but...then this leaves me with nothing. It then goes dry. I realise i need to be hiting atleast 2 or 3 to keep me in the game...

I've been in the steroid and workout forum for over an hour helping with workout splits and stuff. What's happenin' Bertuzzi.. how you doing man. Planning on some good sleep tnite?

Man I came home from the gym and had a scoop of protien, handful of almonds, 2 cups of rice, salmon fillet and a NY strip.. haha. Couldn't quite finish the salmon.. I'll have it for breakfast with my eggs and oats..
I'm really intersted in reading about keto as well as HITT training. I'm sure there are good threads in the diet and training sections I just haven't taken the time to read much on them.
I haven't look for them either... a friend of mine who is extremely knowledgeable put me on it and it is working very well.... Building mass and cutting fat it is actually kind of amazing how well it works. For how much weight I am losing and still putting on muscle.

Business as usual... nothing too intense 4 days a week weight training and 6 days a week Cardio, and the cardio sucks my balls![]()
So you're doing the 60 mins all at once.. not splitting it up 30 mins in the AM, 30 mins PM?
60 minutes straight up.... I have split it before, but prefer it all at once. Its low intensity so its not big deal really.... just time consuming and boring
Do you think 30 mins both high intensity would yeild better results? I love doing that when dieting. In fact, if I ever get uncomfortable or feel bloated a couple days straight of doing that does the trick great.
