It does that. Nothing you can really do but further reduce your bf% and retain less water by watching your sodium and doing cardio. I find that despite not eating carbs, people can hold a lot of water on a keto diet if they are eating tons of cheese, salami, roast beef, etc.

i think another thing i was doing was too high intensity of cardio...it burned fat but alot of muscle too leaving me flat. I have to stay at 65-70% max heart rate in order to burn the most fat.

Yeah, HIT is a very bad idea on keto. Just stick to long 65% sessions on the stairmaster or treadmill. None of the lazy shit.

Man this is the worst diet, for weight loss its amazing you will melt like crazy but as you say you lose all the pump and vascularity.

At some point i did this diet a lot back in 2000 and i asked experienced guys who would do this too, they told me to carb cycle like CKD once a week or use anabolic steroids to keep the pump.

I have recently seen a guy at my job do a high protein diet he was 226 pounds but not a weight lifter, and is now 183 pounds but he lost all is size and looks skinny like real skinny as if he was sick.

Yeah i could tell it was wasting muscle away more than it was fat. Sure it made me see like i was loosing fat but it was just my muscles getting smaller....most of the fat was still there.

Plus my diet is it check now, protein is higher, and i have clen and proviron coming for anti-catabolics and fat loss

I just got some clen from Lion myself and that shit is working wonders. It's a good combination with keto because it helps prevent developing a rapid tolerance to the drug.

ya keto upregulates the beta receptors that clen desensitizes over time. Making it important for extended clen use
