Any of that stuff is waste of money. If you plan on staying natural than there are only a few supplements that are worth anything. (1. Creatine
(2. A strong multivitamin/mineral (3. Quality whey protein. Nothing else out there is worth your money bro. I hate to see guys waste their money on all the expensive garbage on the market.
