I'm 33 and I've been working out since 9th grade. I was very serious about it in college and even earned a degree in exercise science. I stayed in great shape until about the age of 30. I don't know if it was the wife, the new kid, lowering test or what, but I'm having one hell of a time getting back in shape! I've read the forums for over a month and from what I read I used to be doing very well. I'm just barely 5'8". During my last 2 years of college I weighed 195-199 and had about 10% body fat. I checked my BF in the lab almost every day. I have to say that was damn handy. I ate very, very clean, but not even close to as much protein as recommended here. I couldn't afford much. As I aged, my size and weight increased to the point I was still in good shape at 205. I think I was genetically blessed with high test. I used to gain easy, I used to be strong as hell for a short guy (14yr old, weighed 165 lbs - benched 275 with an awful workout plan; 28yrs 200lbs benched 400lbs).
Now, I'm 215 and am having a hell of a time getting back to where I was at even 30. I really think my natural test has dropped off. I used to be an animal in the gym, now I'm like every other middle aged guy in there. For the last 3 weeks, I've been following Milos Sarcev's plan and taking albut. I'm losing weight and gaining muscle, but I'm obviously not as young as I used to be. I decided it was time to try aas. In the next week or two I will start a test only cycle for 11 weeks. I thought about adding t3 and clen for the last 6 weeks.
