    I've never liked the way clen makes me feel. It wasn't just shaking hands for me. It was the palpitation of the heart, shakes, cold sweat, and general edginess. Since you're going on for two weeks and off for two weeks I don't see why you can't sub clen for EC after a 2 week off period.

    But overall how fast you dropped BF% ofc with propper diet and cardio ( if you did)
    and if it's compared to just EC?

    and i wanted to move right now to clen with 2 weeks off because i i got few days till 14 days and EC is lil different from clen in blocking receptors after all...

    yes and no bro....ephidrine and clen both effect and work through beta 2 receptors just one effects all beta receptors i belive...and no its not advised to do clen and ephedrine back to back there would be no way for you receptors to refresh....time off is the best way for that to happen....
