Theres absolutely nothing like starting low and ramping up as you watch for sides. To answer your question liquid clen is formulated to be used at the same mcg that pill form is so if you do 20mcg in the morning and 20 at noon and you feel ok bump it up a little the next day, maybe 30 and 30. There isn't much agreement about max dosage but 140-160 for men to me is extremely high. Search clen dosages and you'll see many that recommend ramping to a max dose and then back to the starting point over a 3 week period or so. Good luck.
