i need help with my gyno bad!

hi guys,



i have gyno, no lumps or anything its just big and fat, i used to be huge in my teens and now 23 i am almost perfectly fit but i have alot of fat in my chest and i tryed and still trying to get rid of it, i read alot about letrozole and novladex, but still very confused about, will it cure and make the fat go away? how and when should i take these two if it does?

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Give us some stats.

Especially in men the love handles and fat in the chest are the last places to go.

no its not from steriods, and it is exactly what u said lovbyts, my chest does have alot of fat and i basically got big man boobs, my sholders and arms are basically almost cut , i have big love handles and stomach is flabby, and my legs are fine , im benching about 200lbs about 8-10 reps, got alot of muscle under all the fat.

Sounds alot like the way i looked some years ago also (exept gyno) and i just couldnt get rid of the last fat i carried, i had then worked my ass off for a year or so and dropped about 65 lbs.

I then decided not to worry to much about the last fat and i went for a full out bulk for 16 weeks and yes i gained alot of muscle and i also gained some fat again but when i started cutting again i managed to push thru the wall and lose the fat i had struggled with before.
Many struggle with losing the last "couple" pounds after having big fat losses over a longer period of time, why i dont really know..... probably because i shocked my body again with some small fat and muscle gains and then back to cutting.

Well, anyways this worked for me so just putting it out there for you.

And when it comes to your gyno problems you should really see a doctor and get some surgery done.

did anyone read this thread? he cant get surgery because he doesnt have gyno. there are no lumps. dude just diet and maybe even read up on using letro or some other anti estrogen on top of dieting and cardio...you can get rid of it that way

Dont worry about all the supps right now. Just stick to the diet and cardio. It takes dedication.

I don't know, if he has hit a plateu (IF) then a small Anavar/Clen cycle might work wonders. It would be great motivation as well if it helps him get rid of those last lumps.

It sounds to me like you just need to stick with the diet. You said you are still carrying fat in other areas so obviously you have a little ways to go
