I've been taking EC while cycling, caffeine tabs and bronkaid. 1 of each first thing in the morning, 2 of each before workout, 1 of each later in the afternoon.
It is the best pre-workout boost you can get imo, no cheezy powder supps will give you the boost and help you burn fat like this stuff.
I also have been eating about 4,000-4,5000 cals a day while on my cycle and I haven't gone above 8% bodyfat! Yet my weight increases by a lb or more each week, pure muscle baby :-)
I say if you ever wanted to put on pure muscle and stay ripped, run EC with your cycle. Unless your running a nice tren cycle, then you'll probably be alright without it lol. But I'm running just prop, but results have been amazing.
