whats up guys i just wanted to add that ive been using the B12 for awhile now and i quit taking it consitantly the last 2 weeks and its definetly noticeable. since i stopped using im more tired in the morning and i havnt been eatting alot either.

where do you guys inject?

i also have heard that there is no scientific evidence that b12 actually does anything for you. oh well seems to work for me. i bascially had a personal trainer at my gym kind of laugh at me for using this, hes like "if you dont know if it works why would u put it in your body. i just stated that i like to try new things and supplements and ill be the judge if it works or not
