hairloss and saw palmetto

have read lot of mixed reviews about saw palmetto..

at what dose and length is saw palmetto effective..

besides preventing hairloss can saw palmetto help in regrowing lost hair..

does it outweigh the use and effectiveness of finastride in anyway,as finastride comes with its own set of sides namely impotence,fertility issues.

been using the saw for a few years now, never heard of the sides you just mentioned. I take Prostate Health Complex w/ saw which runs 320mg per capsule... i take 3x a day. this is the dose i find useful for me. the "recommended" dose is 2x a day.

is it berries or berries extract...how did saw palmetto benefit you..help regrow lost hair or just prevent hair from falling..did it effect the bounce and shine too..
