Are you pleased with the way your chest looks re: hard lumps under nipples only without surrounding fat vs. hard lumps and surrounding fat?

Like do your nipples and areola stick out like a girl who just started to grow boobs?

The reason I ask is I have gyno with hard lumps under nipples too and have had this for a couple of decades. I was considering eventual surgery but if you look better with just the hard lumps without the surrounding fatty tissue I would likely follow what you did.
