Sustanon Clenbuterol Stack Questions

Im thinking about doing a sustanon clenbuterol cycle. Im new to this world, so I need some help on when and how much to take of each. The sust will be a 250ml vial and the clen is a 60ml oral vial. Id like to have a chart telling me when and how much of each to take each day week to week. Ill be dieting and hitting the gym hard. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
