1) What are her goals? Need more info than "build muscle, burn fat"
Generally unless she is in competition prep and/or is an experienced bodybuilder, competitor, she does not need AAS - a good diet & training will get you results. Newbie’s tend to see drugs as the "easy way" and then never actually learn how to train & diet correctly and then can't figure out why the "drugs" didn’t' "work".
2) What does her current diet look like - specifically? I.e. is the diet already tweaked for these goals or has she never dieted before - And I don't mean "tries to eat good to lose weight” We are talking eating for her goals.
3) What is her current training program & training history? Never trained before? First be sure she knows how to train. If she doesn't know how to train or hasn't trained, she has absolutely no business using steroids.
But not knowing any of the above- and the question being about var- this is a basic overview ( FIRST and FOREMOST make sure it is a reliable source / brand) and should be started at no more than 5 mg ED. Start at 5 mg ED - split the dose in 1/2 for AM & PM dosing -- since the half life of var is about 9 hrs, splitting the daily dose in half will help to keep the dose even across the whole day instead of a big spike 1x/day. Stay at 5 mg for 2 weeks - var takes about 2 weeks to get in the system "work". If there are no sides, then she can increase the dose to 10 mg ED (again split in 1/2, AM & PM) she can run it at that dose for 8-12-16 weeks easily as long as no sides occur- No PCT is required after the cycle - just come off it- If she notices any sides at the larger dose she can simply reduce back to 5mg and see if the sides go away and if so continue at the lowered dose-
BTW PLEASE be sure that the var comes from a reliable source 100% anavar- there are many ugls that are not careful what is in their caps and your girl does not need to be taking dbol-tbol- anadrol or anything else she is unaware of...
These are some sides to expect - most any AAS at any dose may do the following:
interrupt your menstrual cycle (no, just because it stopped doesn't mean you can't get pregnant), acne, voice changes, potential yeast infections, oily skin, enlarged clit & increased sensitivity- increased sex drive- all of this tends to go away once the cycle is stopped & completely cleared from your system- however not always-
A good idea for a women on var is to include acidophilus- one thing about AAS & women-it sometimes tends to screw up the "good bacteria" in the "female areas", many times resulting in a yeast infection or vaginitis.-the acidophilus helps keep the good bacteria in there.
Also Vit B5 (pantothenic acid) is a must have if she starts getting acne from the var at all.
hope this helps
