when I lived in Georgia, I had this really hot KZ1000. When I got off the bike, in one fluid motion, i'd pull my helmet off, with my left leg only, kick out the stand, and then swing my right leg back over the seat. All hands free except for the helmet. I was pretty toasted, and forgot step #2.

And Haz, aint nothing wrong with being old. There is something wrong with getting fat and ugly like some in my age bracket seem to be content to do. That's why I try to hang with you pups, gives me something to shoot for!
