Throw away the barbells and stick with the dumbbells. This will allow more isolation for each pec.
For example,
3 sets of incline DB's
3 sets of flat DB's
3 sets of decline DB's
+ maybe 3 sets of cable flys, etc.
Do this for over a month or so and you'll start to see and feel the difference
But do I do more reps on the left side than the right? Cause thats what Ive been doing and it seems like my right side is asking for more when my left can barely hang.
you might be favoring one side during your workouts, without realizing it.
Yea, thats exactly what ive been doing, but I took the advice and used the cable machine and it really felt good tonight. Lets see how that works out. Thanks guys

Isn't that what you want, doing dumbbells together always working to the fail in the left side, over time it will catch up

no do not do this. just use dumbells for a bit. this happened to my friend who broke his arm and that was the best way to even out the size

Nope, same amount of reps for each side! You'll even out with time.
