    Morning or evening?

Who prefers to lift in the AM as apposed to PM and vice versa, and WHY?!?!

I have always been a PM lifter after I leave my office, but i'm becoming bored with it and I want to switch it to my mornings. + all the extra downtime after work would be nice for a change.

So, with that said, Morning or Evening?!?!

I dont have as much energy in mornings as i do at night. I am a night person and lift often around 9 pm. This is when i am most aake and have the most energy and drive.

When i have to i will lift early mornings but notice without the calories from the day and no energy, it really inhibits my lifts

This is exactly why I have been putting it off. Low calories, low protein and not enough time to let my vit's kick in. FML. haha

    Exactly.

Cardio in the morning work out at night.

Don't have enough in my body of everything to get a good workout in early morning, nor do I have the energy that soon.

You need fuel for the workout and it is lacking in the morning before you have had a few good meals.

I don't have a job and no school during summer so I sleep till noon then go to the gym shortly after I get up so I can relax eat sit around all day, if I wait till night to workout i will get anxious in the afternoon cuz I have to exercise everyday

I workout in the PM (weights) that is, but I try to do my cardio during the mornings since I have a treadmill here at home.

For those who work during the day we only have one option... to workout in the afternoon.

Working out before going to work would not be a good idea for me because I'd be out of energy..

I prefer to train right after work. I mean right after. No sitting down to rest for 30 minutes, no messing around. I'm on a mission and that is to hit the gym hard. I look forward to it all day. Weekends I'll do it late morning. I feel my body needs a little time to wake up....

Am workout are ok, but only after glucose levels are elevated, that means waking up earlier and slamming sum o.j., wheat and pb. Which in my case I try and stay away from juicey drinks and table shugar.
Afternoon workouts right before lunch, and pm workouts are the most productive IMO between 4 and 8. Body temp is right also if you eat good you will have a good pool of bcaa floating around ready to do what they do. Good luck man!
