I'm 22, never been on a cycle and won't be on one soon, that is a credit to your intelligence i lost 2kg because of holidays so i'm at 76kg and 12% BF, i'm 180cm tall. you have a good base, just work-out constantly and remember the secret, the key, is the diet lol.

My max has been 80kg after 2 years of training.
    good luck

I must admit doing a cycle is EXTREMELY temptating, some guys my age are taking stanozolol with no test at my gym saying its harmless, and they're making really nice gains but after so much research i've decided i'll stay away from AAS, and i will do a test only cycle when i'm old and trained enough. Can't wait till then.

So BJJ, what do you think of the routine? Is it okay? Is there a better way for reaching my goal?

I think you should work-out one day on and one day off, one muscle group per week.

You have similar stats I used to have at your age just I was around 9% bf at that time.

U have a good head on your shoulders. I can tell. Head over to the diet section, IMO.
