    blood work and cycle review

    age 25
    height 5-9
    weight 174
bf%- idk, i can see my abs, its pretty low, im an ex athlete, still in good shape
    history- 2 test 12 wk 500mg cycles

i just started my third cycle today.....

test e 1-12 400mg/wk once per week... trying out less injections this time
winny will be 50 mg wk 9,10,11,12

my main goal is to dunk lol, i already grab rim easy, but i want to play above the rim, im an avid recreational baller....

    Q's:
is my winny dosage right on or should i do it in the beginning?
    ( i will be doing low carb/ 2500 cal, high protein )
i plan on doing lots of legs, squats and cleans and donkey lifts mostly. any other advice for verticalleap, i dont plan on doing plyometrics as i do them plenty already.

also, will the joint pain from winny stop me from playing balll or even squatting?

finally, where do i get bloodwork done, and how much does it cost?

The winny is good towards the end of the cycle because it will help kick in new gains as the gains from the testosterone plateau. That doses may be a bit low though, but a low dose might remove the risk of joint problems associated with winny. I would run the winny for 5 weeks tbh.

I ran winny once, and never again, i couldn't squat or fight, so if you get joint problems i would discontinue the winny asap.

Blood work can be done at any doctors office, or privately by contacting a blood works (pathology) lab in your local area. Depending on what you want tested, anywhere from $50-$100+. Here in Australia i can get any blood tests for free.

Also if your expecting muscle gains from the cycle, you wont notice much from 2.5 kcal a day. I would increase it to 3.5 kcal.

If you want to increase your vertical leap without specific plyometrics (since you say you do them already) then please do deep squats instead of the coventional 'half' squat and do lots of calve exercises, targeting both the soleous and the gastrocnemius. Compond movements are the key. Deadlifts and deep squats are your best bet.

A few days after i discontinued it. The pumps annoyed me too. Walking to uni everyday was hell on my calves because of the winny. And these weren't like dbol or anadrol pumps, there were odly wierd.

Yup, that's why i said to discontinue it if he gets pain/sides, otherwise it's good.
