Sust250 Bruising?

i tried sustanon 250 in my second cycle , i took it in the buttocks area though. there's muscle pain that lasts for 2 to 3 day near the injection area after the first injection(started the next day) but i didn't get a bruise no.

i was on sustanon when i was 16 for hormone therapy, thats how i know that the muscle pain is normal. but again i duno about the bruises

The bruise is purplish. Just wondering, i injected it in my shoulder and figures tonight is shoulders night. Is it a bad idea if i worked them out? i got a lot of rear delt pain on the right side.
