I used it and quit after a couple days...... I didn't really give it a fair chance I guess but it definately makes you shit bricks.

That thread that XL posted is a good one. Also.... talk to spywizard about the stuff..... I believe he used it before.

The incredible urge for violent bowel movements makes it not feasable for me.
Others I have seen do some tremendous things with it. Extreme fat loss.

Yea, it's a crazy substance for sure, and can actually be a real adventure that's for sure..
