    Look into Calcium/Magnesium supplementation and make sure your staying hydrated during your blast.

    I too run my Var at 150mg and I usually do the above along with 5-6g of Taurine and a steady dosage of Potassium.

    That's all I can think of. Stick through it and let us know..

    How much Potassium???
