I am on my end of the 3rd week following the advice of you guys in regards to dieting. The importance of consuming 1.5 to 2 grams of Protein a day. Along with the proper carbs and fat. Before I ate maybe 3 meals a day, something small for breakfast like a banana. I am shocked, day and night shocked how much this has impacted my work outs (pump) and overall well being almost immediately. I was stuck at 193 after training for 1.5 years. I have put on 6 lbs in these three weeks of solid lean mass. All my carbs are in the form of vegetables and fat from Fish Oil and some Olive Oil. This has been a huge eye opener for me and no doubt a life style change....![]()
