    250mg of Test a week during contest prep?

    I'm going to be starting my contest dieting beginning of next month and I was wondering if this cycle would be suffice.

    Weeks 1-8: Test E 250mg/week
    weeks 8-12: test prop 250mg/week
    weeks 1-12: Clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (ECA off weeks)
    weeks 6-12: T3
    (optional) weeks 6-12: masteron 100mg EOD

    I obviously know that diet is the most importatnt thing getting ready for a comp so I can assure you that my diet is already planned out and ready to go. Just would like some input on the cycle.

    why wait till week 6 for the T3? Taking anything for beta receptor burnout from the clen and eca? even benedryl?

    Yes I was worried about that. How would I incorperate benadryl in?

    the ECA stack hits your beta receptors as well so if you're taking it durring your week off of clen you're just going to burn your receptors out more making your clen less efective. Personally Id throw out the ECA, maybe go with OTC thermogenics. and use benadryl that week. Maybe start the t-3 two weeks earlier once the test kicks in to prevent muscle loss. Thats just my opinion. There are better things than benadryl to use as well but i'm not very knowledgable about them. Hopefully one of the Vets will weigh in on this

    why change over to test p for last 4 weeks? less bloat for the show??

    I think you could up the test a bit

    what is your clen dosing

    what are your stats

    what is your diet

    Hey thanks alot for the advise. I won't use ECA on the off weeks and I'll probaly just throw in an OTC thermogenic like you suggeted. In regards to the T3 I've read that you should only use it for 6 weeks max. Is this true?

    Never read that you can't use t-3 longer than 6 weeks. I have read however that using t-3 without an AAS will result in your body being more catabolic than anabolic. Considering you're going to start out with test E and won't get the full effects till around week 4 thats probably when I'd start my t-3 and run it all the way up till pct

    Yes I thought I'd switch to test prop for less bloat.

    I want to keep the test low to avoid estrogenic sides. Besides I'm just hoping to maintain my muscle during my cut so I guess alot of test isn't needed.

    As for clen the first week I'm pryrmiding up to 120mcgs then sticking with that.

    Right now I'm 5'10" 240lbs at 12-13% bf

    Post diet in a second. I have it written down I just have to find it.

    So what do you think bro? Any suggestions?

    also agree with baseline that the test could be dosed a little higher without to much worries

    yea that's what I've read as well that you can lose quite a bit of muscle on t3 without the use of AAS while on it.

    Thanks for all your help. I'll start the t3 once the test e kicks in.

    Lol the diet is pretty long so I'll just list the cals and macros

    Cals: 3000
    pro: 360
    fat: 100
    carbs: 165

    It's 6 meals a day with my carbs eaten around my workouts and with breakfast

    Impressive stats, whats your cycle history

    500mg test ( Prop preferably, with an AI if required for estro sides)

    I wouldnt worry about estro sides when you can controll them easy

    Thanks man. I've run one cycle previously which was 10 weeks of 500mg Test E, 100mg Tren EOD and a 4 week dbol kicker.

    I think your right with the test. What ai would you reccomend?

    Most would reccomend Arimidex @ somthing like 0.25mg every 3rd day

    Why not run Test P for the duration, shot ED

    I have read that TREN is a good choice when cutting, most would not reccomend using it but you do already have experience with it.


    Personally as it is your 2nd cycle I think you would just do fine on test
