Id say 9% calipers say like 8% lol. That's what happens when you pump them up, you should see me in the gym after an ab session, oh man! That picture has highlighted shadows too, so they look a bit better.

i havent competed yet but my best lifts in the last few months has been with an asssss load of bands, ive done 410+200lb band tension off a low box raw, 650rack pull i dont remember the tension, deadlift off floor,400 bar weight+250 tension, i benched with monster minis last friday and did 290 bar weight+like 135tension, ive done a big deficit dead with like 500something a while back, 600+free squat, just some i can think of, all raw too but ima get some briefs soon

I can never mention my squat number to people because i do deep swuats (olypic squats) and powerlifters only go to parallel, so obviosuly my weight wotn be as high, so i never say my squat. lol. i havnt deadlifted in 3 months because of the smolov squat routine, so im not going to even fathom how shit my lift went there sicne i didnt train deads for 3 months. bench is alright, still recovering from rotary cuff injury.
its hard to fight and lift, so many injuries.
