Question on prop cycle!

adex on cycle at .25/.5 mgs every other day ,nolvadex canont be used with deca on cycle so adex is your best bet for cintroling bloat/gyno ,i am also a firm belive in runng hcg on cycle to prevent shrinkage and to help aid recovery ,here is how i would do it perfectly


weeks 1-12 75mgs prop ed

weeks 6-12 50mgs winny ed

weeks 1-10 400mgs deca ew

weeks 1-12 .5mgs adex eod

weeks 1-12 400iu hcg every 4th day

2 days after last prop/winny shot start pct

nolvadex 40/40/20/20

clomid 100/50/50/25

proviron 50/50/25/25

proviron really helps me keep sex drive up,its agreat compound on pct and it dont effect hpta shut down/recovery.

Actually, you can use nolva with deca or any 19nors for that matter.

yes you can but it can lead to problems for some ,its not advised to use nolvadex with any 19 nor ,adex is far better ,also nolva will do nothing for bloat imo while adex will cover both gyno and blaot a far better chooice imo.

No, that's what I'm saying: you CAN take nolva with a 19nor.

And of course a SERM won't do anything for bloat.

I just wanted to the board to be clear that nolva + 19nor is fine, and in fact helpful in some cases.
