    done one cycle, now need advice!

    Hi, im 23 years old, 5'8" and 152 lbs! I've done one cycle:
    test enth - 400 mgs/week for 12 weeks
    d-bols - 40-50 mgs/day for 6 weeks
    test prop - 600 mgs for 8 weeks after week 12 of test enth.
    full PCT:
    HCG - 2500 iu, 3 days later 1500 iu, 3 days later 1000 iu
    also done with a clomid therapy 150 mg first day and then 50 mg every second day for 3 weeks

    I originally gained 20 pounds, and have since kept 12 pounds on. I gained alot of strength and have kept most of it, repping 275 - 3 sets of 5 reps on bench, repping 315 - 3 sets of 10 reps for squats and the same for dead lifts. I have always been very lean around 8-9% body fat. I had alot of trouble with back acne, and the natural joint pains, less motivation and drop in mass size!

    Its been about 6 months since I finished the cycle and im undecided if I want to try again. the back acne is a big deterant and am wondering what I could do to combat that, I know acutane is used but its also very hard on the body, any other sujestions?

    to be honest I am fairly happy with where I am strength and size wise, I would like to be a solid 165 but the weight isnt my biggest concern, what I really miss and want again is that full muscle look, the look you have once you've just finished a hard burning workout and your muscles are ripped and full, I had that look all the time and ive lost alot of mass in that respect, especially in my arms. is there maybe something natural or supplements i could take to give me that fuller look again? or is another cycle the only way to have that 'all the time' jacked look?

    Your diet needs to be looked over in the diet section. Supplements and another cycle can wait.

    Well if your happy now if you do anything just run test only cycle.

    Oh if you want a natural supp, try creatine and whey protien.

    so you started your cycle at 5'8 and 132lbs?

    yah, you don't need steroids or supplements, you need FOOD.

    DAMN have you ever heard of FOOD? Forget about doing another cycle of anything except food/diet and exercise until you are up around 180+ naturally. That should be easy for you to reach in about a year+ naturally.

    Dont give me/us that BS story we hear 10x a day IM A HARD GAINER..... most of us where/are until we learned how to eat and admitted to our self our diet was sh*t...

    Man up, admit what you have done and are doing is wrong and correct it.

    when I started I was 140 lbs, went up to 160 lbs and have stayed at 152 now. I have been taking natural supplements for years aswell, creatine, vanadill, waxi maze, superpump, size on, and many different weight gainer products and nothing seemed to ever do anything, hense way I tried a cycle and actually seen gains. I do admit that my diet is terrible. I work long shift work so its hard to get in a natural routine of eating, and eating healthy! I will definantly check out the diet section for help on this.

    someone posted that if i did a cycle again to just use test? is this a good practice to shoot 400-500 mgs a week of test enth for 12 weeks? do i still need a full PCT after aswell?

    i know pills are hard on the liver, but i was curious to know if there are any cycles that dont involve injections? thanks guys!

    Don't heed the person that gave out the Test only advice. Listen to me and the others regarding your diet.

    Yes PCT is needed after any cycle.
    Oral only cycles aren't suggested nor are they highly looked upon by most. Test can give you the benefits ANY oral cycle will bring and is generally the safer route to take.

    If you eat carbs, lift weights regularly, drink plenty of water, get good rest, and watch your sodium intake then you'll be 'full' all the time.

    I supplement with Argenine 4 times a day and that also seems to keep me a little fuller although I do it for the GH benefits.

    Oh yeah, get your diet in gear man. 152lbs at your height is easily accomplished by just eating more.

    I will also agree that your choice to cycle so light was a really downside. But whats done is done...

    YOU NEED TO EAT... gear isnt the magic drug to make a bad diet go away. Anabolics will not do anything more than eating properly will. You can add huge mass but you will lose most of it if you dont eat to sustain your new weight.

    Take a trip to the diet section and see if they can help you along. NO point wasting the time and money on more gear if you wont get the results you are looking for.

    Is there also anything i can do about the back acne scaring? I tan a couple times a week and that seems to help, but is there anything more i can do to help with the scaring??
