I just thought it was funny to see these kids in their tapout shirts (not too many affliction) standing around the punching bags. I dont know how a 140lb kid finds a tight shirt, but they did it, maybe a womans size....

they would take turns teaching each other how to punch and more often than not they would hurt their hand or wrist.

I sat there for the last year, my tri's wouldnt grow... Haz gave me his rroutine and it helped a little. Got over 18 last cycle, we'll see how much stays
