yes thats my question , im takin Cidoteston and Deca at the min and cnp pro mass an pro peptide , i struggle to put weight on and been told to get growth hormone .

26yrs , 12stone, 6ft 3, 19% body fat , ive been training for long time i did about 4yrs body building and then went into boxing for a few yrs but my shoulders keep dislocatin so decided to leave boxing and concentrate on puttin weight on now just looking for some info on what to take an stuff and how to get the best possible gains .

6,3 19% body fat and 12 stone ? your nowere near ready for steroids ,steroids should only be used when you you have been on a good diet and proper routeen for a good 3-5 years ,in your case your stats show that your diet and training are way way off ,i would really have a good think baout what your doing.
You probably hear this a lot, but your diet needs to be addressed. You are very underweight. And your BF is highly incorrect if you truly are 12 stone/6"3

i can eat all the food but dont put weight on , my diet today was , 3 boiled eggs, 3 weetabix, some boiled patatoes, 4 chicken buttys on brown bread , bananna , tuna toastie , 3 pints of cnp pro mass , 2 nutrigrain bars , and for T im gunna have jacket spuds an cheese and probly another cnp before bed , an i still can put weight on ???

im no diet gu ru but what you put on there doesnt look very good to me in any given day i will eat around 200gr protein of real food and 50-100 gr in shakes for my pre and post workout that doesnt take into consideration my carb intake granted i am only 20 lbs or so more than you but I have been at 195 before and im 9 INCHES shorter i dotn think your eating right lets get you to 190/13.5 pebbles before you re visit this idea go to diet section and talk to damien he is very helpful
