Im 37, 90kgs, 5.10" Carrying a heavy 12% body fat.

Training for 5 years (not seriously, the kinda guy that joins gym and attends twice a month )
Last 6 months been serious training. Started at 105kgs in February 2010.

Diet:
Monday-Saturday
9.30 - Protein Shake
11.30 - Protein + Carbs (50g+ Protien, 50g+ Carbs, but less than 400kcals)
13.30 - Protein Shake
15.30 - Protein + Carbs (50g+ Protien, 50g+ Carbs, but less than 400kcals)
17.50 - Protein Shake
18.15 - Workout (Monday-Friday Only)
19.00 - Protein + Carbs (50g+ Protien, 50g+ Carbs, but less than 400kcals)
22.00 - Proten Shake

Sunday
Day Off - 2000-3000kcals

Workout

Monday - Chest & Triceps (12-16 sets each, and heavy)
Tuesday - Back & Biceps (12-16 sets each, and heavy)
Wednesday - Abs & Legs (12-16 sets each, and heavy)
Thursday - Shoulders (12-16 sets, and heavy)
Friday, Saturday & Sunday rest

Cardio (Push Bike to & from gym 30mins)

I made really good gains in 6 months, lost alot weight improved muscle mass..

But am i on the right track, and just need time, or am i failing myself..??
