Puffy face post cycle?

Anyone ever experience this? For some reason my body is holding water retention in my face. The body is fairly cut, arm veins and all show, so water is only in the face. I took hydrochlodrothizide (doc prescribed diruteic) for 7 days and my face got very slim (this is how I know its water and not fat) however it returned. My water intake is high, sodium is low. If the water returned even after the use of hydrochloro is it due to test/estrogen inbalance?
