Muscle memory is what gets me through the winter, I don't workout as much in the winter since I get the winter blues... I need to fix that somehow!

I'm the opposite. There's nothin to do but workout in the winter and there's a million things that keep me overloaded in the summer

Winter is the best time to workout. The gym is always dead. The only thing i hate is leaving the gym hot and sweaty to walk outside in the freezing weather.

That's my favorite part. It's an instant cool down and by the time you feel cold your car has warmed up. It only gets down to the teens here tho with an occasional single digit temp.

It got to -5 for a day here last year and I couldn't move.
