    My Bio-chem proffessor (genius) told us that just because there is a high amount of cholesterol in certain foods...it does not follow that your body will convert it into cholesterol. The biggest factors in determining whether or not you are at risk for high lipid levels are genetics and bodyfat.

    Exactly. Eggs are safe especially if you're just eating 2-3 whole ones.
