my diet starts with
Breakfast:
2 eggs 4 egg whites
1 cup of natural yoghurt 2 tbs of hemp hearts
1/2 cup of berries
Snack:
protien shake
banana
Lunch:
3 oz of smoked halibut
4 cups of salad greens
2 tbs of dressing
1 apple
Snack:
Protien bar
peach
Dinner:
8 oz of steak
1 cup of steamed veggie
1/2 potatoe
4 cups of salad greens
2tbs of dressing
Snack:
1 cup homemade apple sauce no sugar
