No such rules in my country, i can buy as many as they have in stock, also i am buying Test E , Nolvadex , Clomid , needles in almost all pharmancies in my country. I can buy even Armidex, Aromasin, Letro but they are expensive as hell. Converted from my currency to dollars Armidex is more than X$, but one ampule of Test E 1ml/250mg is less than X dollars(One Coca-Cola 2 liter bottle costs X dollars ) , nolvadex X dollars for one box and that is cheap as hell.
