Have the same problem. Before lifting weights i was pretty chubby, but fattest in my face. Then after working out for a while started dieting strict dieting on and off , and for about one year my face was pretty lean and cheekbones were clearly visible. But now after 2 years i am finishing my first cycle (now PCT), and my face got bloated as hell. EVERYBODY who i met is telling me ( hey man, what's happening with your face..) I have still visible abs, and face like 300 pound obese woman.
I expect that i will look better when i lose some water weight, but who knows..
