    Just given some sust mid cycle. Opinions Pls?

    Hi Guys..
    Kind of new to the gear. This is my second cycle and starting to learn more as I go. Am way down in little New Zealand so pretty hard to get stuff and have to do with whats avalible at the time. My first was 12 weeks of Sustanon 250 1ml twice a week. I managed to put on about 15kg of muscle. Had a break and have started the second one 3 months later...

    1 ml a week DECA 300
    1 ml Mon & Thurs Test Enanthnate 200
    Am taking Tamoxifen 20mg tablet a day for the estrogen just because its easy to get into the country and seems to do the job.
    I pin glute for glute Mon Thur

    I am about half way through this cycle and have just been given 10ml of Sustanon. Should I start taking it now or finish the Test first? I have only really put on about 5kg with this cycle in the last 6 weeks

    Because I only have enough DECA for another 5 weeks my idea was to take the Sust now and make the most of stacking it with the DECA. Then finish the test by itself after. Because the test is weeker only 200mg i thought it would be a good way to ease out of the cycle.

    What do you think?
    Any better ideas or opinions are more than welcome.

    Split the deca twice a week too, take together with the test shots in the same seringe, and take the tamox only if you fell your nipples sore, dont take since day 1 it can rinder your gains

    Thanks for the tip on the seringe. Have only taken the tamoxifen the last 3 days cause my nips were killing me. Will stop now then. Have plenty for PCT as well.

    Gains have been ok. Seen a diffrence in strength but havent seen much of a change in size. Wouldn't use the test again. Could see a lot more of a change with the sust being stronger. The stupid thing is they are both the same price here. All just depends on what you can get

    Sides haven't been to bad. I find myself a little short tempered this time around. Have put on 4% BF but I think thats more to do with diet and not wanting to go for a morning run in winter. Nips have been fine up until this week.

    Am already looking forward to doing something stronger after a few months off. One more push for size before summer. Have only just come accross this site and some of the gains guys have had on here are awesome. Think will do a bit more reading up then do something stronger next time around.

    Progress pics

    Hi Guys.
    These are the end of the cycle pics. Have started PCT Tamoxifen 20mg tablet once daily. Now I need to start cutting up for summer. Was thinking of adding 30 min cardio to the end of weight sessions so 5 times a week and tidy up the diet a bit. Will see how that goes for a month and up the anti if I need to.

    Any suggestions or comments about pics good and bad are welcome.

    no disrespect intended, but if that is how you look after 2 cycles something is very wrong. you should review your diet and training to see if there is room for improvement.

    what are your strength gains and lift amounts, you look about where i am natural with like months only of lifting, but before i got fat, kept some shape but put on fat lol. But if your a bull in strength i cant argue with that.

    Definitely add some cardio. Try doing some tabata sprints if you can. You sprint for 20 seconds, rest for 10, and you do 8 sprints all up. If you sprint to your maximum, you'll be throwing up afterwards. Also, you need to do a 5min warm up and warm down. Make sure you stretch as well.

    I remember reading that if you do tabata sprints 5 times a week, for 5 weeks, your aerobic capacity increases by 32%. Something like that anyway. I've been doing them for a month now, and I can now see my abs in the morning. My strength has gone up as a result. I do them before I go to the gym. Whenever I don't do them before I go to the gym, my breathing and strength suffers.

    Also, post your diet in the diet section.

    Thanks Dan that sounds full on but good. Might try it for a week after weights and see how I go.

    cardio 5 days a week no less man for about 45 minutes
